Beautiful swirl-maple back and sides with spruce top gives a look of fine performance but leaves much to be desired.

Sound Quality
Poor sound quality. Tinny and uneven between trebles and mid ranges. Very disappointing as this guitar looks like a $1,000 dollar instrument. My wife says my cheap plywood guitar I keep around for the kids sounds better than this Washburn. I think she is right.

Looks great. Grover tuners stay in tune and the neck appears correct. The strings were poor quality and action high at 12th fret. Compensated bridge needs to be adjusted or replaced as High E is further from the neck than the low E. Bridge pins are cheap. Tinny sound is irritating and non-oval sound hole magnifies it. Electronics are fair but built-in tuner is poor.
